Logistics for Life and Wellness Coaching:

The first step is always a complimentary session, to give you the opportunity to discuss your area of concern and to build trust and rapport with me, your coach.

Timeframe: A minimum of 8 sessions depending on whether our coaching will address short term or long terms goals. Each client is different and the degree of commitment and willingness to change greatly affect the speed of implementation and coaching success
Where and when? I coach face-to-face or by phone/Skype depending on your preferred method of communication. Geographical area is never a barrier to coaching. I also offer support by email, however the degree of support depends on my availability at any given time.

Cost: My coaching sessions are average priced and I sell packages of 8 or 12 sessions excluding the initial discovery session. A regular session is 1 hour, once a week. Only the discovery session can take up to 2 hours as it lays the foundation of the coaching relationship.

Wellness Coaching in specific:

How does it work?
• A professionally trained coach becomes your ally to help you achieve lasting lifestyle behavioral change.
• The coach guides you in taking stock of your current level of wellness and works with you to focus on areas that you will benefit most from improving.
• Together you create your own Wellness Plan to guide you through the change process and insure the results you want.
• The Wellness Coach is aware that change only happens when you are ready for it.
• Wellness coaching provides a combination of support and accountability, insuring that you will really do what you say you will do to improve your lifestyle.

Who can benefit from the services of a Wellness Coach?
• People seeking greater health
• People with health challenges, and those who want to fully "reclaim" their health.
• People who want to move better, eat better, and feel better!
• People who want to strategize ways to find the time to be well!
• People who want help being accountable to themselves for lifestyle improvement.
• People who want to live in balance so they can live a truly extraordinary life!
